I’ve been in the escrow and title industry for five years, and I found my way into this career during COVID. What started unexpectedly quickly became the perfect fit. My background in customer service, technical support, and sales translated seamlessly into escrow. I spent eight years in a call center environment with GoDaddy, where I learned how to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and support clients through complex situations—all skills I use every day in my role.

My biggest motivation comes from knowing I did a good job and that everyone involved can walk away feeling confident and satisfied. I take pride in being professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, and I work hard to make each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of escrow, I’ve built and programmed my own computers for more than 20 years. What started as a passion for gaming has grown into a love for creating something from individual parts and seeing it all come together. Right out of high school, I also worked with a general contractor for three years, where I learned valuable hands-on skills—from framing and drywall to laying tile. That experience turned into a long-term hobby of home improvement and gave me a deeper appreciation for real estate as a whole.

I want agents and clients to know that I’m a straight-up guy—what you see is what you get. I believe in transparency, strong communication, and follow-through. While I’ve been in the industry for five years, I worked my way up from receptionist to escrow assistant, to junior escrow officer, and now escrow officer. Because of that journey, I understand the process from the ground up and will walk clients through every step, acting as their concierge so they walk away knowing they made the right choice.
